Incorrect, incorrect, incorrect

A person reading Malaysiakini these days will shake their heads.

How convenient to say. I am drunk . I have a drink too many.

Can a person slap someone and then say “sorry, I just had a drink too many”  ?

Can a person molest a lady and then say ‘sorry, i am drunk, I cannot remember’ ?

What will this world come to if everyone can conveniently claim that he is under the influence of alcohol?

Well, you may escape because that maybe the loophole. Circumstantial evidence may not be conclusive. But ultimately……..

I believe that ultimately everyone will have to face the truth. Some may call it Judgement day, some call it Karma, but the truth is everyone of us will have to answer for our action some time.

It is crystal clear to everyone listening to the tape what actually happened.

And these people are suppose to be most honorable people of Malaysia.
Can one imagine employing Lingam to do his legal work with a pure and clear sharp legal mind for the truths?
Can one imagine having a judge like our ex Chief Justice sitting at your case.depending on his moods…whims and fancies?
And worst of all……Mahathir is what he is…no need to explain….14 times forgeting in 90 minutes….writing his memoirs now..requiring an elephant brain memory.
    Adnan……is nobody in the case……..but is presently a Minister…also telling lies…so clear.
Yes…Doc….That’s our country leaders from UMNO..and their balls carriers for personal rewards in the past.

Chua Soi Lek must be wondering now ” Damn ! Why didn’t I think of this ”

Dr Chua could have also said ” That Looks like me and sounds like me”

And demand that he see the original recording of the vcd and not the pasar malam version.

Lingam, Mahathir and the rest of you clowns, just admit your bloody mistake and go to jail. You are making fools of your self and making Malaysia the laughing stock of the world.

Now Bodowi cant sleep when he goes over seas cos there will be so many people asking him questions.

He is applying the copyright law like and idiot.
His line of reasoning is to demand the original disc and the equipment…since the cameraman came out…not enough..he wants the complete set of things.
Now in digital…the man who did the recording came out and explained it so well…to prove that was original.
What I am sick of……is seeing these men……whom we depended on justices.to be honorable……came come out to prove how foxy they can be…..and Mahathir is very proud of his loss in memory by saying that is is good to forget sometimes. We do that …if people do bad things to us….or young people should forget their bad experiences and move on with their lives.
Mahathir was elected and our PM for 22 years…and he is accountable to the country and the people….but does think like that?…no…he thinks like an emperor. That label fits him to the letter. Shame on him…….so old..yet still showing bad examples.

You see in the music industry..it is actually very difficult to sue a copier…which USA has coined the word.’pirator” in court…if you understand the copyright law very well.
In music..there are so many people involved to make one original disc.
First and foremost…the composure…lyrics and music…then comes the singer.
Then there is the designer of the product to market.
    All these are important.
And original producers do have a bad track record for not paying to the composure or lyric writers…thus they steal too!!
These so call original manufacturers concentrate on the singer….yet many songs are sung by few welknown singers…..so which is the original singer?
And if the lawyer defending the pirator….demanding the plaintiff produce all the documents to support all are asking him to sue the defendant……the case is close…..no case at all.
So Lingam learned too much……but applied at the wrong time.

Seeing all these weasels exploiting our judiciary system to their advantages, see how big of a laughing stock they created in Malaysia for the world to see, these crooks need to be sent to jail for the sake of Malaysia.

It seems that all these people have forgotten dignity, integrity, honesty and accountability in their conduct. They are actually set a very bad precedents that I hope will not become a Malaysian culture to our young ones and their own children.

Well, everyone of us is subject to the Law of Karma. Either you labeled yourself as Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Catholic or whatever, whether you like it or not, could not escape from the Law of Karma.

While Christian believe in confession of sins to the God may wash away your sins, to me, this confession will earn you some comforts but still not able to mitigate your wrong doing ultimately.

Korean tv serial, ‘Jewel of the Palace’ teaches us very good values. TDM, VKL, TAF, TEC and all of us should watch this tv serial.

Modern man seems to apply his selfishness,
egoism, greed, power, and fame to anything he
handles. One man cannot trust another although
they live together. They all live with suspicious, doubts and fantacies.
Even in a modern World it is difficult to see what
is in a man’s mind. He pretends to be cultured, civilised, educated, religious, and noble.

But a man of moral self-disciplined fears not.
He believes in the Natural Universal Law of
    Retribution.
As a paradox saying, ” Crime does not pay, but
sooner or later you have to pay your crime. No one can escape from this natural Law of Universal Justice.

Do not try to argue with people who stubbornly
stick to their own twisting ideas or misconstruing
facts without the slightest intention of admitting
mistakes or defeat or listening to suggestions.
Whether one’s constructive suggestion put forword
is accepted or not , it does not matter. One’s duty is considered done. Let it be. The natural law of
    retribution will take its course.

Just by looking at the drama unfold in court, we Malaysian finally get to see how much damages the former P.M has done to our judiciary branch of government, it has been sinking and being stripped -off of all its independence and integrity in the past 23 years.

hahahahaha…..I just cannot help Samy said he crowd at Batu Caves was the same as before…and he has been there every year..since age 11…..no change…hahahahaha.
At his age of 11…the population of Malaysia was 7.5million…….hahahahaha
What a low class liar he is….and a real idiot too.
How many more proves the Indians need…to know Samy always talk nonsense…..as everyone I asked….and even reported in Star paper…..the crowd at Batu Cave was not more than half of what it used to be. And other Hindhu temples recorded vast increase in numbers of devotees going to other temples.
This shows….the boycott to Batu Cave and not to Lord Murugam is a great success.

It would appear we are all focussed on the case. However, we should ask ourselves who would gain most from the expose’ that comes out of the hearing?

Did the Govt. allow the enquiry because it wants to be transparent or is it the result of showing up the devious role of Mahathir and his cohort to defuse political pressure and negative comments put on the Govt. by Mahathir’s supporters at this time when there is the impending election. Is the timing so-coincidental that the result is likely a little before the election so that the Govt. can gain votes on being open when it reveals the result of the commission.

Maybe if Mahathir keeps quiet, and the negative
remarks made by his supporters within the party tones down, the whole issues may be covered up.
It probably depends on how the land lies ahead of the election route.

Whatever the scenario, it is clear to all and sundry
that the situation that prevailed during that period
was highly suspect, corrupt and devious!
