Self denial mode still

Yesterday’s Oriental Daily (Chinese paper) carried 2 photographs of Batu Caves, one taken 2007 and one this year on Wednesday, both during the Thaipusam Festival. From the pictures , it was clear that the crowd at Batu Caves was smaller this year.

Malaysiakini also carried a report titled: “Hindu dovotees boycott Batu Caves” , in which it was reported that the crowd was much smaller and the place was not so crowded as previous year.

But the ‘supreme’ Indian leader was still in self denial mode and boosting that this year’s crowd is the biggest ever.

It would have been much better for him to admit that the crowd is much smaller because there is really many problems facing the community and waiting to be solved. It would have been good for him to acknowledge these problems and pledge to solve these problems within a given time frame. It would have won him a lot of points if he just turned humble for once.

There are lots and lots of problems with the community. This is the truth.

Other Barisan parties like IPF and Gerakan have been active the past month  meeting Indian community leaders to try to help solve their problems, but this ‘supreme’ Indian leader is still in a self denial mode. I don’t know whether his grassroots are telling him the true situation on the ground, or he has simply been numbed by years of being at the very top.

If a person is in a self-denial mode and  he does not acknowledge that there are problems, how can the problems be solved? It is so simple even a primary student will understand. But too many years of power may have corroded a person’s conscience, and when you are walking in the power of corridor and hearing nothing else but praises, you become arrogant and feel like God. It is sad that some of our leaders have reached this stage.

Expect Samy No Value to admit anything is like expecting Mahathir to finally remembers all the sins he done to the Nation.
It’s also like expecting Lingam to say….’yes it is me… at the video”… and….. “I was never drunk….not bullshitting nor bluffing. I was dead serious.”
Malaysian leaders are shown the way…how to lie and cheat……never ending by non other than the old man………with the biggest laughter of his life….feeling proud
.Are we all not sick of these liars who cheats and still can enjoy so much freedom?
If this is not a dictatorial state…then what is it?

    Chief Justice: Tengku Ah Nan

President of the Court of Appeal: TanSri VincontTan

    Chief Judge of Malaya: Lingam

Madhatter said he wanted to maintain the spirit of muhibbah in the judiciary.

frenz , dont forget that we (the public) are partly at fault of all such political nonsense . Who gave huge mandate (>90%) for TDM and Pak Lah ? Just like TDM said , people voted him which means they support him on ISA usage .
Ok past is past . Let’s not repeat the mistake this time ! Past is a lesson and future is the goal !

Sometimes i feels amazed…. look at those opposition leaders (not sure i shd spell the names ….. like LimGE,LKS,KS,Kula…..etc) . Why are they screaming at Dewan ? Why are they struggling for our rights ? How many % of the people in the country supported them or their party ? So why they have to risk being arrested …..well some had caught in ISA before.
On the other hand , those we voted are actually doing nothing or neglecting their roles !
Guys, dont mistaken me …..i dont belong to their party ….. this has been bugging me for years.
We need to change the ship !

    Ah Peng…..how old are you?
We voted for peace and harmony…..and there were favoritism…….not dictatorial rule in the first 24 years.
Is is only from the 22 years of TDM that is so clear..that he is a cunning corrupted self appointed dictator…and on-going by Pak Lah.
VJ….yes..voters are to be blamed….but you also got it wrong about 90% voted for Pak Lah.
Just recalled what Pak Lah said…People’s PM….no big cars or house and will get rid of corruptions.
Voters voted for that!!! Pak Lah did not fulfille this promise.
You can say….voters are easily fooled….yes…but it is about the country and not personal benefits..and I think responsible voters did the right thing for Pak Lah…now knowing what type of a man he is.
And under TDM last election…..UMNO and BN won on razor thin majority..and had he stood for another term……..Now voters are able to read and witness so much unfair and unjust events ….
If coming election…UMNO still control the country….then we can say UMNO’s formula ….still works. I doubt it. It’s out-dated and full of shit. Majority Muslims know that!!
This is the election…that UMNO is afraid to announce the date yet…as they know….it is the end of their lies and deceits. People are not easily fooled nowadays…..especially the Malays…they know UMNO is not sincere at all.

When opposition rep Kula asked (in Dewan) why the overseas medical Uni where many Indians(~1200) studying was suddenly de-recognized by gov , Nazri (unlaw minister) simply told him ‘you are a racist’ . Millions voted a minister to give such one sentenced blunt answer?
Denial seems to be part of the parcel of BN !

I am old enough to teach you wisdom, monsterball. For the past 60years i look at our country development, i will say majority of Malaysians are quite fortunate we have not fall into the hand of Islamic extremists yet, once we are into that stage, we are bound to fall into a” hellhole” indefinitely.
