My eyes became moist when I saw this picture. I just could not help it, because we are all humans with feelings.

    Instead of feeling pity for something we cannot help at all……lets do something that can help the future generations..and that is to vote certain party out.
    Anwar promised to respect all religions…..and there is hope he will amend this very sick law…….protecting Islam religion…. to free the Malays…to choose a religion of their own choice.
    Such great devotions should make Allah love Malays most of all….in the whole wide world.
    TDM said he is protecting his race …religion and his party….said it all.
    22 years under hi..race and religion dirty filthy politics….and Pak Lah have no guts to correct this matter…for fear to loose Malay votes…….which both of them still dram are plentiful to put their ‘X’ forever for UMNO.
    Sly fox man……TDM usually criticizes the things he did to others……before others criticize him back…on the same subject.
    It did backfired onto him many times..yet he keep applying the same cunning art and style. He created half past sixes Malays….and now complaint Malays are half past sixes..is one example.
    So why do we cry for one poor family. I think we should all focus to vote UMNO out…then we are helping the poor Gan family….indirectly.

    I feel miserable with this kind of thing happening. When a husband passed away, irrespective of what his religion or belief, his body should rightfully goes to the custody of his wife / family. This is only fair.

    What kind of funeral rite to be performed over the body should be decided by his wife / family, definitely not by third party.

    Dear readers, I think “A true Malaysian’ has hit the nail right on its head.

    The type of funeral rites should be decided by the spouse and the family and definitely not by the third party. A family is a family, no one should forcefully separate them. This is definitely not the wish of the Higher Being. That is definitely not what compassion and love is about.

    i used to have high regards for that religion but it is diminishing real fast. can you blame me for that? gan is not the first case and will not be the last. and where is the judiciary to uphold the constitution? where is the government?

    As much as I fully support kind and compassionate people like “true malaysian” writer and you…Doc….the fact is …appealing to the government has never work….on Islamic affairs…for when come to the Islamic religion…those UMNO guys will say it is a sensitive issue….lay off…..but infact ..they have no guts to change for the better…for fear of loosing malay votes. That’s the main issue…votes matters!!
    You have not released my first message..and I understand…but trying to focus on compassion and understanding from the government. on their religion…….even…worst cases of this still exists and will continue to exits.
    Leave the dead to the dead….what can we do more?
    But to vote them out…and hope new government will not play race and religion politics.and let religion be really free to everyone to choose.
    That’s why…I say…lets move forward and ask ourselves…what can we do …to see..this will not be repeated.

    monsterball, sorry for releasing your first comment above late as i have to look thru many comments today as the blog received more than 7000 hits on one article alone today. I also have to stick to the blog policy of no attack against religions and persons.

    ANyway, do u really think the opposition will win this election? I dont think so,. They may win more seats but I think to be realistic, they will not win enough to form the government. SO we still have to appeal to those government leaders with conscience to push through certain policies , to correct certain anomalies, to bring back good governance, to care for the people based on social strata and not on race or creed.

    Many people have laughed at me saying that I am over-idealistic. But only with ideals , we can hope to push for changes in the system.

    Non muslim Malaysians are living in their fantasy world, Malaysia is muslim majority country, even pak lah n najib claimed so it is an islamic state, expecting them respect other religions is wishful thinking, it is just normal practice by the followers of this hateful religion to mess up the life of the non muslims in Malaysia and the world.read their so call “holy”book, one will understand thing like this nature happen to non Muslims is not really a big deal to Islamic terrorists.

    Doc….Miracles do happen……and if the 40% voters .voting for the oppositions will pray and pray hard for a change in the government….the great forces of reasoning powers will open the mind and hearts of more than 15% of pro government voters….to the truths…to the way of live….to be strong and independent…and to be more smarter. Then it will happen.
    I never say the oppositions will be better than present government…but I hate seeing Malaysians dare not vote for changes….not flexible…..because not so smart or selfish? I think I have seen enough to say that many voters will not go to the polling stations….too lazy or cannot be bothered….that kind of attitudes…without one serious thought of the country with their powerful votes.
    I dare say….this is the best chance to change..as so much have been revealed about those corrupted and cunning UMNO leaders…plus….they do think they own Malaysia with their sickening ..arrogant attitudes. It’s sometimes….a pain in the arse to hear them talk and act.

    Demolition of Hindus temples is an example of the beginning of extermination process of other religions in malaysia.

    monsterball, change of government is probably not going to happen in Malaysia in this election, but reducing their vast majority in parliament is possible.
    It will be a healthy democracy for Malaysia is we have substantial moderate opposition members in the house rather than only 10-12% like now.

    Knowing holy scriptures or memorising them is
    only a small initial step. It brings no meritorious deeds. The quality of a good deed depends on the heart of the doer.

    No one is qualified to claim that one’s religion is
    one’s property. Everything whether living or non-living things belong to the Supreme Creator. Even our body belongs to HIM.
    If one claims that one’s religion belongs to oneself, then one has walked the wrong direction. It may be one’s egoism, greed and selfishness that deluded oneself.
    The Supreme Almighty does not encourage one to cause any harm, disturbance, disharmony
    and hatred to others.
    HE advocates everyone to harmonise peacefully
    in trinity among Heaven, Earth and Mankind.

    I think all non muslims should carry a simple signed statement or declaration saying that they are not muslims, (and that they will never be muslims, for emphasis) at all times, just like they carry their identity cards and driving license. Perhaps some enterprising businessmen may come up with some gimmick or merchandise serving that function. Yes, we need not have to do this and yes it may be condescending but then again it will solve a lot of body snatching problems and at the same time show to the world what religious freedom in Malaysia really means.

    jeff….Many is saying like you….but I have full confidence that the vast majority voters are not going to be taken for rides after rides by UMNO.
    Just look at all the goodies being announced…how not to love UMNO?
    But freedom of speeches…rights and free to choose any religion….any Malaysian wants..will be the inspirations and desires of almost all Malaysians.
    And if we are so rich…..like UMNO is now showing how rich we are from their management…first time I read RM1 billion profit for MAS..for next 5 years. No one dare to talk like that….except from idiot government controlled company. Does anyone…. any huge corporations in the world dare to predict such huge profits for 5 years…from a reputable sick airline??
    So you see….jeff…if I agree with you….you are actually supporting UMNO will rule forever.
    That my friend…is like saying UMNO owns Malaysia and we are their slaves…with their cunning and crooked personalities.
    No Jeff…those walks..biggest of all walks for past 50 years against the government will be the inspirations for people’s power to change the government.
    Phillippines did it. Indonesia did it.Thailand did it so many times. Forget about S’pore. It is special and people are all proud to be S’poreans.
    Then look at all developed countries….all have changes of governments…except Malaysia….pointing out bluntly….majority Malaysians are not so well educated….can easily be fooled or bought.
    Is it still like that today?

    Religion is a pure Univerasl Moral Truth. It is just like pure and clean water. When pure water mixes
    with dirty water it becomes dirty.
    So when pure religious teachings mix with impure
    or dirty minded person the teachings become distorted and misguided.

    Religion is not like multi-level marketing business, going around recruiting or sponsoring to gain for popularity support or competing on other’s differences. Religion is to preach rightly and not to breach its true teachings.

    All religions teach different methods but their
    essence is the same…..indiscriminate love, share,
    care and see brotherhood as ONE.

    Air, Water, Sunlight, Cosmic Energies, and many other invisible things exist many million years before humans appear on this Earth. We human beings share these same nature from the Almighty’s creations. But through human being’s greed, selfishness, power, egoism and stubbornness, human’s bad habits like to claim
    everything is his. Even a dead body he also wants.
    What a pity that his religious teaching encourages him to receive good merits from this action.

    Please remember, settle everything amicably,
    unbiasly and sincerely.

    GOD bless those whose heart and mind are pure
    and do not cause any trouble, confusion, hatred and hurt to others of different races, religions,
    cultures and nationalities.

    Jeff…The bottom line is do all MALAYSIANS value freedom of speeches and rights to choose their religions …priceless?
    Do we have such freedom after 50 years Merdeka?
    Is it getting better or worst?
    Tell me all the goodies….announced by UMNO….I will say..no big deal. It is right and it is 25 years too late..and why now?
    No UMNO have a track record to play dirty politics …to their race and as if Islam religion is announced by Allah for the malays only. All other BN parties are sickening selfish corrupted cowards…..wanting easy money through cunning and dirty ways..to get filthy rich……are all that they are after in taking up politics…and not love for the people and country ..at all.
    UMNO seriously think they own the country….and Malaysians will need to chuck them out….or be slaves to them.

    All these…are nothing special.
    Give any no corrupted politician …who really love the country and it’s people…with so much blessed natural wealth….and the natures of the 3 great races have the history to live in peace and harmony together…it should take not more tan 20 years to unite all of us as Malaysians.
    No….it takes one devil.to divide and rule like a dictator…to enrich his family and friends.and present sly fox….fighting to hold on to power.
    What we smart guys like you and me are doing is…to live and let live…since the idiots are made by these two politicians on their own race…. That…if you say..then I agree…….that the goodies benefits the poor..as if we are beggars…..and the masters are moulding our lives……as if they own the country.
    But majority malays want a change.so are the Indians.
    Are we saying…that the Chinese .who benefited with the school matters.will be selfish voters again..to throw their votes to UMNO?
    You forget…..those schools means nothing to te Chinese or all Malaysians…if they cannot budget their daily lives to support their families with so many essential items getting dearer and dearer to buy.
    This is the main issue.that all MALAYSIANS of all races..will need to think hard….and if BN is not afraid…..why so many goodies announced….exactly like what they did in Ijok…to win votes.
    Ijok was before the 3 great walks…and it is the Indians that give Ijok to UMNO…and it is the Indians now that show the brave ways for a change.
    And the Batu Caves boycott is successful….so it is the Indians that are awakened and brave…….encouraging other Malaysians to follow….plus the lawyers have shown their support for a more free country…and Bersih….wants free and fair election.
    Do you honestly think Malaysians can easily be fooled by the goodies now……and those so call goodies…are natural to good management of a country….not really goodies at all.
    Are Malaysians programmed to be UMNO slave…..to think lie that….goodies …goodies..with no backbones?

    I feel sorry for this family. They cannot even pay their last respect to their love one and they were being treated with unfair Malaysia justice system which favors muslim. I’m pretty sure there must be a motive for that ‘evil’ converted eldest son to do all this without his father consent. Is that something to do with the asset/properties inherited from the father? Will this converted eldest son received all the inherited assets/properties just because he is a muslim? Well, I do hope the evil won’t win in this case but you never know in a country like Malaysia. I’ll pray for this family. But at least they should be grateful that this evil eldest son no longer inherited their last name, “Gan”, nor does him or his next generation inherited any chinese identity.
