To YB, from your boss

Dear Yang Berhormat,

You do not know me although I know about you, since you are such a famous person.

I am just one of the millions of voters in this country we call our home. I am one of those who have voted regularly and, through this process of voting, selected our representatives to form the government.

You are one of the representatives elected by the people , even though the votes are secret and you would not know how each and every one of us voted.

You won because majority of the people in your area voted for you, and your party won the majority of the seats in Parliament, which is the place where all the representatives elected by people like me meet to think how to govern this country on our behalf.

Although you owe your position, your trappings of power and your wealth to our votes, you do not need to be grateful to us.

We do not ask you to be grateful to us. We just want you to do the job – the one that you wanted and asked for, and that we have given you – well.

Just like in a company, if a CEO and his team can do a good job and earn good dividends for shareholders, the shareholders will be happy and reward the team with another extension of tenure.

But, when the management team is not functioning well, and the company prospects are affected, the shareholders have the right to choose another team to replace the team.

The situation is the same here. We voted you and your team to power so that you can carry out projects and policies that benefit all of us.

It is our right, as your ultimate boss, to have schools built, and hospitals that are well manned, and roads well paved, and drains that flow.

It is our right to have protection against harm provided by the security forces which are funded by us.

It is our right to earn a decent living by having licences given to us by the very people that we put in place in the first instance.

It is our right to have a well-run civil service, since the civil servants are our employees, so to speak.

So, as the ultimate boss, we expect development; we expect progress. These development and progress must be continuous and should not be on an ad hoc basis.

Projects paid for with money taxed from us should not be used  by your team as gifts to buy our votes or withheld as blackmail during elections, by or general.

As the ultimate boss, it is our right to throw out of office any representative who is not heeding the wishes of the people, who is not functioning well, and who is on the take. This is our right as citizens.

And please do not say we are not grateful if we did not vote you, since to function well is part of your job description, and you have to fulfil your job description in order for us to vote you in again, and not through using projects to exchange for our votes.

If you are too busy to remember all that I have written, just remember one thing.

The people – and I am one of them – are the real Boss. Your Boss.

Thank you for your precious time.

Hsu

(A boss)

Sad to say, this is their way of wanting to change and reform. They are changed and reformed when they take crude actions to force the rakyat to vote for them.

We are still thousands of miles away from najib’s “1Malaysia, People first, Performance now” rhetoric. With leaders like the dpm, I can bet that najib’s rhetoric can never see the light of the day, still born.

DPM and the rest are not even clear of
what more people like you and me?

maybe PM just say only, 1 Malaysia
as there is only 1 Malaysia on earth
this may be what he meant

just like people may be confusing
    between Rias and Rice
    betwen Yatim and Orphan
    Malaysia’s Rias is not Rice
neither, Rias is not an orphan

    which one you prefer?

    Rice or Rias
    I prefer none of them

This “gratitude” bullshit-crap is typical of politicians in the 60s when Malaysian mindsets are not that sophisticated. Or thousands of years ago when imperial rule demanded “peasants and subjects” paying homage and gratitude to the “son” of heaven for being ruled.

Today, this cobweb mindset on gratitude should be eradicated and explode once and for all. It is a natural cosmic law to be democratic, to be born and to even die.

Do Malaysian foetus(es) applied for permission from our politicians on the right to be born and after being born, should they be grateful to our DPM for being Malaysians. Sounds stupid and illogical..

Malaysians have every right who they vote for. There is no question being grateful to the ruling party. Everybody or most pay taxes and access to education, health etc is a universal right, same with voting rights despite under our “half-baked” democratic landscape.

The DPM should be grateful that the 10 million or so Malaysian voters had no chance to elect him as DPM. Otherwise I bet he won’t be elected in his position today with such a cobweb mindset of the ancient past.

It’s time some of these leaders go back to kindergarten to regain their basic knowledge on democracy.

    Dr. Hsu,

I found the comment below useful. All true Malaysians should think like this Kwee Yong,

Kwee Yong: There’s no doubt that many of the issues faced by Indians are also reflective of the whole population but to see everything through an Indian lens is not useful in tackling them for society as a whole.

If indeed these are issues which transcend all races, why dosen’t Hindraf fight for issues in general rather than frame it as an Indian problem only?

The writer’s suggestions for Pakatan state governments is commendable, more so that he did not specifically address them to Indians.

This is what I mean by fighting for issues rather than framing them within racial boundaries which will immediately reduce their power, impact and acceptability to the general public.

For example, if you want to tackle the issue of cronyism in Pakatan selection of election candidates, how useful is it to hammer on the fact that an Indian is not selected?

It distorts the issue that needs to be solved and is a hindrance to its effective solution.

In Bukit Selamabu, Hindraf went one step further and hammered on the fact that a ‘Hindraf Indian’ was not selected but we will not elaborate on that.

If Hindraf continues in its parochial racial view it will flounder and diminish in public support, even among Indians.

I’m Chinese and the last thing I want is a radical Chinese group fighting rabidly for Chinese rights and putting apprehension in Malays which may lead to a backlash in Malay nationalism.

Your DPM not elected by you: History-Muhyiddin

    Interviewed in 1990:

Many referred him as a technocrat, others called him a bureaucrat and yet some called him, “a man in a hurry.”

In 1990, as MB of Johore, in an interview he said he “was” a reluctant politician. (Note: Yet he is DPM today).

He told NST, “I don’t politicise problems. I don’t like politiking…I just want to do the job.”

When asked on his future, he said (in 1987), “My biggest disappointment would be if the people did not respond to what thegovernment was doing. If people don’t do this and if they say what we are doing is not right, that would be my biggest disappointment.”

(Note: Doesn’t this sound familiar when he blamed the Chinese for not supporting the BN in the by elections. He denied but DAP LKSiang caught him by the balls on his statement in the Malay press.)

Well, in 1990 your current D-Pee-M (43 yrs old then) was considered the brightest spark Dr Old Horse had promoted. Already considered a rising star.

Rising star with a tactic. He had always played the role of a “middle-man”. “He was the go-between, the peace maker who offered to bring together those Malays opposing Dr M and those opposing UMNO Baru (then). He was also responsible (as claimed) “culminated the return of former DPM Musa Hitam to UMNO fold.

And your D-Pee-M also played the delicate balance supporting Dr M and winning the acceptance of Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah’s men (who was in S46).

See, your D-Pee-M should be working in a circus, tossing plates and balls. For being so good in “balancing”.

    To cut this history short:

NST 24 Sept 1990: “Afterall he came up the hard way too. His father had 4 wives; his mother was the second. They both hasd passed away. In all, he has about 40 siblings.

“After graduating with an economics degree from MU in 1970, he took up the post of assistant district officer in Muar. A year later, he entered politics. (A reluctant politician?????)

Within 10 years, he worked himself up to become parliamentary secretary to the Foreign Ministry. In 1982, the Old Horse made him FT minister.

In 1983, he was transferred to MITI as deputy minister. He challenged former UMNO strongman Othman Saat (who was MB Johore then) in UMNO Pagoh division, and won.

In 1986, he was Johor MB.

On race-based achievement: He is known (as brain child) of the historic Johor Malay Unity formula, a six-point formula (Dec 1988) which moved Johor Malays to bury the hatchet and return to UMNO struggle (after the Team A-B split).

“I have to make people understand that I am very much a politician,” he said in 1990, also known as “the man with the very serious face.

The rest is new history after the old history. Why he was finally transferred to federal level? I don’t know, ask the Old Horse.

    annoyed,
In an ideal situation, it does not matter whether the person chosen is a Chinese or Malay Or Kadazan or Indian or Iban, since if a person who is non racial will fight for the rights of everyone regardless of racial origin.

I have time and again mentioned that affirmative actionmust be based on social strata and needs. The strong must help the weak, the rich must help the poor, the wellbodied must help the handicapped, the more fortunate must help the less fortunate.

This is the universal law of values.

In this context, we should not have any organisation that is based on race… Everything must be based on ‘needs’.

There is really no place for race based parties…

You know, the original BN in 1974 had a constitution which had been forgotten by most of the people and had been coldstoraged. even some high level BN leaders do not know about this.. IN this BN constitution, it is stressed that the coalition must be fair and just, regardless of race. It was cold storaged by your know who… and Malaysian politics hence became more and more racist…

If BN is serious about reform, then it should go back to its original constitution, and do away with race quotas and using race to get votes.. It should be based on egalitarian principles, everyone fair and equal, except for those who needs help. If the Malay have more people that need help, help must be given to them. If Indians have more people that need help, then help must be given to Indians.. regardless of their colour , but based solely on their economic status.

That is the original BN constitution is about… Since BN has abandoned it, why should parties like Gerakan that advocates fair and equal society still sticks to it??? NO logic at all.

When first the acronym YB was introduced, I jokingly tested one of the YB with his ego on the followings:-

What is YB? Choose one :-

    YB = Yang Bodoh
    YB = Yang Biadab
    YB = Yang Bodek
    YB = Yang Berkhidmat

He was telling me Yang Berhormat was actually what it meant for addressing the People’s Representative in the Assembly House!

Whereas I begged to differ with him, (anyway he is now the YB in exile) I told him that it’s wrong for YB to mean yang berhormat unless he is proven to be the one Statesman whom we can respect. Respect is earned and not by force, by compulsory decree! Meaning, graceful or not depends solely on his performance and services rendered. He has to earn it, not because he is so and so then we have to address him with YB or Tuan! He is only a public servant, salary pay by us! Tell me, in this round planet, have you ever come across a big boss who pays salary to engage the servants and he needs to give 1st degree honour by calling him the Honourable Mr Bean, when only he is a comedian to entertain the audience?!

YB for Yang Berkhidmat is relevant for service oriented public servants.

YB for Yang Biadab is also relevant for those lousy servants who are ungrateful and yet insolently accused the rakyat, his bosses, of being ungrateful for not giving him the employment contract!

Last but not least, YB for Yang Bodek is most relevant for the eunuchs!…..

    You name the rest.

Please look at 5 C. It says to build a society that is fair and equal… which is same as Gerakan’s Pakatan’s and DAP’s constitution..

Talking about constitution, our federal consitution does not have terms like Bumiputra, Malay special rights, Ketuanan Melayu or social contract.

These terms were unknown at the time of independence. They were invented by Umno politicians in the 1980’s.

Affirmative action has been hijacked and distorted beyond the NEP and the constitution and these concepts were invented as they go along.

The non-existent social contract has been used to imply that non-Malays should be grateful merely for their citizenship, much less ask for equality.

Action speaks louder than words… for words are cheap and worthless (not to mention hypocrisy) if not translated into concrete and beneficial actions to spur and bring peace, progress and harmony to country and citizens.

Sincerity , high intelligence, good morals and the ability to distinguish between rights and wrongs are virtues to be cultivated and displayed in order to lead successfully.

Neither side will back down until one side is completely demolished.

Will this spirit spread? Will it come to the point when it become “Give me liberty or give me death”.

BeEnd is lie to the Rakyat.

They say it is about Bangsa Malaysia, but in fact it is about each of their own race.

They say it is about power sharing, but true power is concentrated in UMNO hands.

    See the proof here:

    http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Wednesday/Frontpage/20090415180721/Article/index_html

    and here:

    http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/102388

Firstly, the CLVB from the just disbanded Entrepreneur ministry should logically be under the Transport Ministry… but instead, it is under PM dept.

Meaning MCA just get Transport Ministry in name, but can’t even control the public and commercial transport as they don’t issue the license.

Secondly, the Emergency evacuation services for the Health Ministry, the contract is issued by the Finance Ministry, the Health Ministry have no say.
In effect, the Health Ministry can’t even determine who they want to get their services from.

So, what is the point MCA holding on to these 2 ministries, when the actual power are in UMNO held ministires ??

It is thus proven that there is no such thing as power-sharing in BeEnd.

There is only what “appears” to be power-sharing in BeEnd.

We can on conclude that BeEnd is but one BIG, FAT, LIE.

Digital library has most of the constitution except Keadilan, because it is still under amendment.

    Cilipadi,

Morality is the foundation of spirituality, really. Like a building foundation upon to which other spirituality values are refined.

For a spiritual person (already surpassed with a foundation of morality): when this happens, the gross energy of the human psychic centers (9 main and thousands of smaller centers in a human body) will be refined and the person undergo a complete metamorphosis. Meaning aura becomes brighter and “cleaner” as spiritual values become his guiding light (habit and changing consciousness).

If you read the bible, often referred to the “fire” in the bush so dazzling bright, it can actually burn a person’s eyeballs (like staring at the sun during eclipse). Actually, it is not fire but brightness of a messenger’s spiritual body sent by the heavenly father (whatever name you call it).

Morality is only the beginning of man’s journey on the spiritual path. Simple as that. It is relevant to Man, regardless of his profession. Except in politics, it is quite not in harmony (human nature of greed and to power) but proven quite opposite in Gandhi’s case. Many do consider him a saint after his death.

What kind of super minister do we have (that is beside wearing the underwear on the outside)?

Actually, power sharing is a hollow concept in BN no matter how many non-Malay ministers and deputies are appointed. They are seat warmers with no real power. They do not form policies or make decisions. When Samy Vellu was works minister for decades did he managed to uplift Indians in construction?

Govt policies are not formed in the cabinet, they are formed in Umno supreme council meetings. There is no power sharing in any real sense.

Now that Khazanah has been appointed to draw up KPI’s for Ministries, what is Koh Tsu Koon’s real role? His task is just monitoring which is an administrative job. It could be handled by an office staff in the PM’s dept.

And I repeat, as Minister of Unity, what is Koh going to do about the racial instigation by Utusan Malaysia in yesterday’s issue where it called on Malays to arise to defend their rights in screaming headline?

    Another useless role?

Kenny is right about policy making and implementation on Malay rights and benefits to the community. Those in the 50s and 60s now especially reporters (those retired) can easily recalled that UMNO AGM used to have different categories of “resolutions”.

    They included:

    (1) Resolutions with no debate. Meaning those resolutions (i.e. NEP economic objectives) accepted and discreetly implemented within ministries (often without public knowledge incuding BN component parties’ leaders)

    (2) Resolutions with debate.

    (3) Resolutions withdrawn (rejected)

    (4) Resolutions (accepted for immediate implementation)

Basically, UMNO formulate all major policies (especially economic policies without consultation with other BN parties) especially during the 22 year “Old Horse” tenure.

    So, Kenny, you are correct.

I think since Dong ZongShu introduce his version of Confucianism to Han WuTi in 134 BC, morality has been the main tool to manage China until 1911 when the last emperor Pu Yi was chased out from his palace. Is it not morality (以道德治国) one of the reason why China has to play the catch up game with the West in the last 200 years?

How could we ensure every one subscribe to a common standard of morality?

    annoyed,

since I am always short of time, I have to write very fast for the blog articles. An average article took me 10-15 minutes to write and that is why you sometimes find a lot of typing mistakes and grammtical mistakes as well. I normally just type directly ito the computer and do not use pen to write down my thoughts. And i have no time to use the spelling checks to check spelling…In this blog, i think my readers would forgive me for these mistakes.

Because of that, sometimes the titles in this blog are not very eye catching. But for those articles that I sent to MI or Malaysiakini, I normally would copy them in a word file ad go through them, edit them as well, paragraphing them differently.

ANd often I change the titles, make it more interesting.

For some of the articles, MI editors would choose a more catchy one as well.

This letter also came out in malaysiakini. This is to make the readership wider, and since I do not get any remuneration from my articles, I am free to send it anywhere… That is the freedom I have just like the freedom I have in the party; since i do not aspire to anything, I am free to criticise anything, as long as I keep to our party ideology of a fair and equal society..

They simply cannot kick me out for championing our party ideology… even though a lot of people may not like it, and a lot in UMNo, MCA and even my party really do not like what i write, but they cannot even warn me since this is my party ideology.. See their dilemma?

But no one likes a thorn, and no one likes a small candle that can scald your finger…And i am sure, many would wait for me to make a single mistake to finish me off… But I am resigned to it anyway.. If I am kicked out, there is really nothing to lose..

That is why some times an opposition voice in the party is even better than opposition outside the party…

    ……………………………………………

BTW, this article is also posted in malaysia today, not by me, but by admin : http://mt.m2day.org/2008/content/view/20656/84/

Has anyone seen the Utusan Front page yesterday? On the page, there was a big photo showing the new PM making Capadi surrounded by the Skih community, which is to show his concept of “One Malaysia”. But the Headline above the pphoto is this ” Bangkitlah Melayu”.

I see this as a snub on the new PM.. I suspect this is a subtle way of the senior management from the paper to send a message to the new team that they do not buy the One Malaysia concept…

    Dr. Hsu,

I reproduce partly here what I wrote in “The Might of the Pen” which I think is appropriate and beneficial to share out what my thought in respect of the headline in Utusan Malaysian “Bangkitlah Melayu”. Below here was I wrote:

“We Malaysians are born ‘racist’, and we are all ‘racist’ in our own rights. Who is to blame for this ‘racist’ in ourselves? The answer is apparent, and I do not wish to elaborate further, and it is pointless for me to go deep into it.

When I decided to contribute actively in blogosphere, I decided to use the pseudonym ‘A true Malaysian’ so that, when I write, I don’t regard myself as a Chinese, Malay or Indian, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu or whatever. I wish to bring this message to all, in particularly, Malaysians of all diversity, to forget what race or religion you are. Each of us can bring in our race or religion strong points to share, but never impose these strong points onto others, i.e. either you take it or leave it. What is the use of spending endless hours in convincing who are the Tuan of the land, or whose religion is more superior or real than the other, or who should be bumiputra or Tuan of this land we are residing at?

Let say, at the end, you won, but so what next? Will you be so happy to see yourselves win, while your fellow Malaysian of other ethnic lose? Is this what your religion teach you? If yes, then I am sorry, your religion is not a true one. You need to go back and do your soul searching what has gone wrong with your religion. What has gone wrong, yourselves or your religion? Please ask yourselves honestly.”

So, in having the striking headline “Bangkitlah Melayu”, what is the motive behind? Who is the most “racist” among the racist? What Umno will react if a Chinese daily having a headline “Bangkitlah Cina” or a Tamil daily “Bangkitlah India” and so on and so forth?

With such mentality, it in fact reflects that Umno is more extreme than PAS. We can see PAS has becoming more liberal or moderate each days after forming Pakatan Rakyat with DAP and PKR. PAS leaders like Nizar, Khalid Samad, Husam and of course Nik Aziz had impressed on the non-Malay Malaysians that they are leaders for all, not just the Malay. I can’t see that happen in Umno leaders.

Umno / BN, please stop your racist mentality. Malaysian of all diversity want leaders that can lead us as Malaysian, nothing more, nothing less.

    Dear Dr Hsu
May this comment find you in the best of health.
I read your article, “To YB, from your Boss”, with full understanding, commitment and appreciation. How much i would have hoped that we malaysians voted our reps. based on what dr. had mention, and how much more i would have hoped all the elected reps behaved and caried out the tasks and trusts entrusted to them by the people/malaysians?

The past 51 years we had suffered all forms of discrminations, intolerances, oppression, subjugation, obscurantism and lot more sufferings. We witnessed daily how corrupted leaders usurp their powers for personal and selfish ends. Laws enacted to further protect these powerful leaders.

These must be rectified and remedied. Having been sent by the Bkt Gantang voters to the Parliament, i certainly intend and struggle hard with all my other Pakatan Rakyat MPs towards achieving and fulfilling all the aspirations and resposibilities dr . pointed up above.

    We need your continuous support!

    Thank you.

Yes, not all is well in UMNO, always has been as long as there is few enlighten leaders within. The good ones are not eager to push themselves forward to the frontier and many waylaid by those unscrupulous. It happens in all parties.

Honestly, I don’t a shit to this 1Malaysia concept. Don’t you realize that all our beloved PMs have their “fantasy” concepts and what happened till the end…if any of these had worked…our country won’t be like this. Simple logic. Of course the worse PM is Bodohwi.

Now we have this cobweb Information VIP threatening us to write the truth. I hopw he won’t regret when we write the truth. Yes, to me, this Cabinet is a cobweb cabinet. I hope he read this too.

    Cilipadi,

Cosmic and universal law is the root of Morality, nothing to do with Confucian and certainly don’t change over time, not connected to culture, though culture practices adopted such morality practices. Morality is not social values in the deep sense, it’s the integrity of the spirit and the soul.

Like death, it applies to every human and living animals too. Animals have instinct, some say, they don’t practice morality but think again, they evolve too, like all living crystals.

People of Malaysia have come to a point of “nothing else can be worse than Umno / BeEnd. Sort of road of no return but toward Pakatan Rakyat rule.

Just look at Perak fiasco, it defied all natural justices. The lawyers maybe arguing the case in court in accordance to man-made laws, but in the eyes of layman, so long it defied logic or natural justices, even if the court declare Umno the winner, it still won’t help in changing people’s minds.

    Cilipadi is right
    To vote PR with might
    To fight, fight and fight
    Till victory is in sight

I like this part of people’s poem. Victory, in this case is nothing less than PR rule. Enough is enough, that’s I believe is the signal of Malaysian people to Umno (forget about BN, they are irrelevant).

By the way, morality is still morality. Lacking of it will deem spirituality meaningless. Just look at cases that involve Pastors in Singapore, and you get what I mean.

    A True Malaysian,
Thank you for your kind words.

Firstly I am not interested in being a YB. If I have wanted to be , I would have been a candidate….Did I tell you that I am a fairly good public speaker ( view my videos in NDC speech).. I can move crowds..just like my writing, simple and easily understood, but I never wanted to be a public person, since i do not have that type of ambition, and since i do not think I can withstand all the fake pomps and hypocricy in politics…I call a spate a spate, but they call a spate something ‘gold’…I do not backstab people but people are all out to backstab you if you are a public person..

Secondly, I will never receive approval (from BN ) to run for election, given that all they want is someone with a leash around the neck which they can control. And no matter how hard they tried, they cannot put a leash around my neck.

Thirdly, even if I have passed the approval stage, I would be the first one to be suspended..hahaha

Fourthly, as a little man, and used to the little man’s way, I think my best role is to be a voice, speaking for the thousands of people who cannot speak out for one reason or another…

In history, the role of intelligensia is to voice out against tyranny, and history has shown time and again that it was the intelligensia that often inspired the people to rise up and fight for their right.

the saying ” pen is mightier than sword’ is not without reason.

In a society, everyone has a role. The one sitting high up, the one manning the door, the one sweeping the floor, the one typing computer, the one that writes, the one that talks.. all have an important role to play…

In the west, society is such that white collar and blue collar are viewed as the same. The hierachy of one being higher than another is fast diappearing…

In feudal past, leaders were high high up.. but this type of hierachy is fast disappearing…

So, each and everyone of us has a role to play.. Take the role and play it well.. The YBs do it well, the rakyat do it well, the doctors do it well, the teachers do it well… Then the country would be well…

I started blogging to contribute my little bit to make this a better world.. So that is my role and i will stick to my role, until diaseases or illnesses or Kamunting prevent me from doing so..My wife used to say i am a very obstinate person, once I set a course, I will stick to it to the very end

I can sit there 5 hours to learn a single line of piano play. NO one would believe that anyone can learn piano just from book and computer program and I showed them I could.

In the 80s, I had an ‘apple 2’ computer and I learned BASIC programming totally on my own.

I can stay up whole night (once in the early nineties) to learn and practice the whole MS Dos book just because I was cheated by a dealer when he told me certain absurd thing and I initailly believed him and later on I found that i was conned.

This is to illustrate that in life, once we set course, we should stick to it, unless circumstances change and we need to change because of circumstances..

So I will keep this role of being a voice, unless illnesses or ‘kamunting’ prevent me from doing so… And in this light . you see why I have tried so hard to convince Gerakan to come out of BN? I have not failed yet, so I am still sticking to it..Until either the party comes out or I be sacked..Or in the most unlikely chance9 less than 0.01%, I would say) , BN changes to a real “adil and saksama” party.

Each of us has a role.. 🙂

    Dr. Hsu,

I share with you many similarities. I learn piano the same way as you do, different is you read score and I listen through ears. No one believe me either until they see me playing, haha. 🙂

As for my suggestion you become a MP, I mean you go in as “Independent”, a real independent that don’t owe allegiance to political parties, but to truths, fairness, justice and good values.

I believe Pakatan Rakyat is willing to ‘allocate’ a seat to you without any string attached. I believe Malaysian Parliament needs a few really independent “Independent” MPs to balance things up in Parliament. I am sick with what happening in Parliament sessions where instead of ‘debating’ on facts, they are shouting, screaming and spitting vulgarities.

Our MPs really need to change their culture, the way they carry themselves so to earn the title of Yang Berhormat instead of Yang Bohong or Yang Biadap. Anyway, when people addressing them, they call them YB instead of ‘Yang Berhormat’. Their B can carry a lot of meaning.

Parliament needs people like you. It is a good thing for Parliament to have Nizar now. He has my utmost respect. 😀
