There is only one solution in Perak

I almost vomitted blood after going through Malaysiakini past few days’ news.

Plain clothes people removing a speaker by force ?Police officers in the august house of a State assembly? Who are these plain clothes people when there is a cordon around the whole assembly?

Over the past few years, BN has perfected an Art. The Art of shooting itself in its own foot. By doing what was done in Perak assembly, they have chosen to lose whatever little support they have among the people.

Why the hurry to take over Perak? Why have they overlooked the power of the speaker when they have so many lawyers and seasoned politicians?

The only reason that I can think of is that they are now totally out of touch with the people on the ground. The arrogance which caused them 5 states remains.. The stupidity of thinking that the Rakyat is stupid is still there.

The leopard can never change its spots, even when they try to use photoshop to remove the spots. People can see through them, and yet they do not realise it.

I pity those leaders who still think that they can win back the heart of the people … Actually , the best strategy for BN which would be recommended by Sun Tsu if he is alive today would probably be let Pakatan rules the 5 states and let them make mistakes.. rather than using these laughable methods of ‘ enticing frog leaping’, ‘evicting legitimate speaker’, ‘bulldozing’, and arresting people wearing certain colour.. By the way, I wore a black long sleeve shirt and dark colour pants yesterday on my way back from Adelaide… even though I have not known about the ‘ wear certain colour ‘ campaign..

There is really only one way to solve the whole thing. Dissolve the whole assembly and go back to the people. If BN has done that in February, it would and could have won more seats… As things stand now, it would lose big , and Gerakan can forget about their traditional seats in Perak.. They are as good as gone if a fresh state election is called. That is because all the leaders did not look far ahead but choose to be shortsighted, and look for short term gains.

There is no slightly used Camry for sale now. Damn. Should have put in a bid for one.

This judgment is a slap in the face for Najib.

As for Hee, she had better flee the country and stay away – maybe in the North Pole.

And yes, fire the State Secretary and Sergeant -of arms. Disgraceful civil servants.

As for the illegal Exco member for Gerakan – hmm. He will have to walk with his head down and his tail between his legs.

    Welcome back, Dr. Hsu.

I think BN-Umno will still try to avoid fresh elections in Perak at all cost. They will be dealt the thrashing of their political lives if they do. They will have less than half the Malay vote and below quarter the non-Malay vote, such is public sentiment against uncouth bullies. Am waiting for the next round of court battle, for that appears BN-Umno’s only path unless a deal is worked out. Fresh elections will be the Perak voters preferred option. They are very keen to make their point.

My friends working overseas, said they will fly back and vote in Perak, just to make sure their vote count this time.

We can only hope the Perak Sultan does the right thing and put the decision back to the Rakyat.

BeEnd can drag this through the courts, and bend every institutions in the country all they want, they still will never get the legitimacy to rule.

Getting non-elected person becoming Exco level, then non-elected person becoming Speaker.
Is’nt it obvious enough that BeEnd is trying to ursurp the power anointed by the Rakyat’s vote ?

Heck, Gerakan seems to be only good doing backdoor stuffs nowadays.

First the backdoor Chinese affairs advisor, Chang Ko Youn (and we though Gerakan is multiracial party)…..

…. then it was backdoor PKI Minister… none other than Koh Tsu Koon himself….

…. then again, trying to take backdoor Deputy CM in Sabah by roping in Raymond Tan… who abandoned his own party’s struggle…..

Indeed…. not only lose one’s ideology… but also become backdoor mosquito party…. and take in persons of questionable character….

I think Gerakan should take in Hee Yit Foong as well…. while you are at it..

    Hopeless !

CSlek will not give up so easily and I believed he will give OTKeat a run for his money first, meaning the battle of Waterloo before raising the white flag (if he loses), THEN he will consider joining the Opposition.

I doubt the Opposition are interested in him but more of his son’s seat in Johore. That’s the “opening” for the Opposition to start cracking in the stronghold of both the two largest ruling regime of the tiger and the crocodile.

After Penanti by election, we should see more antics from CSLek and the looming battle.

Arrested for peacefully criticising the government,

    It’s time for a change,
Even though it’s might be long range.

Power has been abused of late,
To Mafia, it’s a piece of cake.

    It’s time for voting arrangements,
    There’s no time for arguments.

The Perak coup, a coup de grace,
Denying human rights and dignity a disgrace.

    Denying us democracy, a culture,
    By political vultures.

It’s time for the rest to wake up,
And get out of the slumber tub.

Get ready to embrace our true values,

BN will dig its grave deeper if it keep on fighting to hold on to power. Besides appealing the court ruling, they may also try to convene an emergency session of the Assembly and ram through a vote of no-confidence presided by their illegally appointed speaker. This will be the worse thing they can do, Their victory will be their defeat.

I would suggest Mr BM to read Abdullah CD’s memoir – Part I

It is a misconception that the MCP is only Chinese, there are significant number of Malay who fight for the freedom of this land.

First from the Japanese and later the British who although so easily beaten by the Japanese in WWII, easily strolls back in to assume their Imperialist role again.
Aided by none other than founders of UMNO.

So, you have to study history (not as written by BeEnders), but from all sides of the story and judge for yourself, who is the one betraying this land to foreign imperialist.

The Rakyat has awakened after 52 years of UMNO and BeEnd lies. After so many years, Malaysian are as polarised as ever. Even after 52 years of Merdeka, Malaysian of other ethnicity is still called “pendatang” and “penumpang asing”.

The fact is, this land have been lost to foreign imperialist for centuries and again and again, aided by the so-called local powers-that-be.

Who really sold out this land ?

The only decent thing to do in Perak, is to make sure that in the anticipated election, wipe clean the BeEnders from the state govt.

Perhaps leave a few token Opposition, and let them learnt the lesson of Makkal Sakthi, People’s Power!

Perhaps then, will they be able to reform and becomes a credible alternative again.

    Now MIC already starts proposing a 1Indian program…. ha..ha…

Really a slap in the face for 1Malaysia.

However, Muhyiddin admitted that the political crisis in Perak should not be prolonged and hoped for a solution soon.

“Whatever decision is made, we want a strong government there… the government must be able to help in developing the state of Perak, it is up to all parties as the president and prime minister has given his suggestion,” said Muhyiddin referring to Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s remarks made two days ago calling for Pakatan Rakyat (PR) to co-operate with BN in ending the crisis.

“We are worried if there is no end to this. Even if it is related to the laws and constitution, everything must be looked at from the people’s perspective, the interest of the people must not be taken for granted before a decision is made,” he said.

Muhyiddin added that the people should not be burdened with problems caused by a dysfunctional administration.

Not unexpectedly, the stay of execution was granted. What was surprising (to be confirmed) was that it was granted by one judge instead of three but I could be wrong in assuming this.

Perhaps the judge was suitably impressed that he was dealing with a future Mandela or Gandhi in the making and as such, wanted to be part of history.
