No stones must be left unturned to find the truth

I cannot understand why a suicide note was found in TBH’s bag, purportedly apologising to his boss for disclosing important information.

I thought all belongings of his were kept by the department the moment he was called in. His handphone was with the department and was not returned to him , so did the department keep his beg too? In that case, how could he write something and put inside the beg if the beg was in the custody of the department?

There are just too many questions. The presence of this letter would not clear the doubts that the public is having, especially as to why only now it has been tendered. There is no excuse that IO cannot read Chinese; there are plenty of officers within the force who can read.

So in light of the so-called new evidence, I would like to reiterate my earlier calls for a Royal Commission of Inquiry to be set up. As I have said in many posts about TBH, no stones must be left unturned…

    Dear Dr Hsu

These govt propagandists think the rakyat are stupid!

You know the saying about liars — the more lies you tell, the more inconsistent they get.

My contempt for this rotten ruling regime has increased considerably. I resolve to work even harder to help bring about real change in our beloved Malaysia!

You want, I want and everyone wanted the real truth but looks like someone is trying to block it from coming out and they have ways and means to do it.

Just ask any psychologist, even if he had betrayed the trust of his boss, a normal person would never resort to suicide, especially when the responsibility of looking after his future wife, his unborn son and his parents would outweigh any thoughts of taking his own liife.. It is just not logical and not the usual pattern of suicide mentality.

    Dr Hsu,

Dr Chua and Dr Koh may have different logic from yours. Where did u graduated ? How come u failed to think out of the box like MACC? No wonder u r not Gelakan president.

    To KTK : 士大夫之耻, 是为国耻!
    四维不张, 国乃灭亡 !

(CSL would not understand this because he didn’t attend and closed down the life long learning centre, he needs OKT to explain to him, or he prefer WKS. )

A leader who loses his sense of shame is indeed shame of the nation.

By keeping quiet or distancing themselves from this TBH melodrama will not save their respective party but reinforce the public perception of their cowardice personality and greed of power.

Those who fabricated the suicide note should be arrested and charged.

I can’t imagine any decent man will do that. I suppose even animal will not do that if they have the intelligence like man.

Despicable. How can human reduced to such state. Just wonder if there is no more decent man in the opposite camp?

U have a point there. Let’s see how the IO answer!

Also, today, by chance I read 2 very interesting articles about Anwar’s sodomy case, a conversation Ezam had with Anwar’s wife While she was in washington and Ezam was then still Anwar assistant in Anwar’s house! Very interesting! Pay attention to how Anwar’s wife answer! Who is more logical?

To me, If MACC did the mistake, admit it! Let’s whoever is involve be charge. That’s better than to cover up the truth. Be it however high the official rank and however many involved. I think in this way MACC image is better preserve than this cover up! Only then people can trust MACC again. MACC official make mistake doesn’t mean MACC as a body will be blame. A few policeman rob, rape but doesn’t mean police institution is doom. If really this is a covered up, MACC as a whole is stupid! because the institution now will be blame! See the logic.

TBH was released in the early hours of the morning. where was his bag found? if he was released prior to his death, aren’t the department suppose to return the bag to him?

if during the interrogation all his belongings was kept by the department, how can he possibly write a suicide note.

assuming he really committed suicide and wrote the note, then put it in his bag. and jump out together with the bag. anyone with depressed suicidal tendency will still think rational enough to leave a note where someone can find it and not jump out with the note with them.

if he had left it somewhere in the building to be discovered, the possibility of someone taking it away thinking they will be valuables inside it.

a suicide note presented at this stage really do seem suspicious. not only the circumstances, but shows the level of professionalism and efficiency of our police force.

damn freaking good of teoh to conceal the letter so well. it took the IO to discover the letter.

this imbecile AG thinks we are moron. He is the same fabricator in Sodomy I and now II. And he continues the immoral fabrication against Teoh. Goodness, how can this 1Malaysia govt continue to engage a fabricator as the AG? Najib, you want us to walk with you on change, yet you embrace such fabricators in your administration?

it just hardens my resolve to provide whatever means to help Pakatan to kick these bastards out.

and when Pakatan gets into power, they must put these fabricators, chief among them is the AG, to jail. But in no way, they can abuse the MACC office to murder any human beings.

If there were any incriminating testimony against his boss given by TBH, I am sure he would have been charged a long time ago.

I am surprised that the note has to surface only now towards the end of the hearing. My bet is that the AG knew the implications of exposing the ‘existence’ now especially with the case not really going in their favour. Anyway, good tactic….What I would do in this case is to attempt to salvage the MACC’s reputation (or what’s left of it) amongst the rural folks (that’s where the majority is), close of the hearing to either the govt’s favour or inconclusive decision. Attempt to let the hoo-haa die down (betting that Msians will forget it in time) in preparation of the election. To drag it on now in whatever way would only prolong the case in public which isn’t good for voters come the next Gen Election. This needs to be closed off fast ! The sooner the better as damage control can take more time to clean up. don’t forget…..the govt still need to settle Amirul’s / Anwar’s / Kugan’s case as well which our dear AG needs time to look into. The last thing he needs is another of his staff committing affairs that threatens all the govt cases ! IMHO

    Dear Dr Hsu

A very apt quote from Richard Sonnenfeldt, Chief Interpreter, Nuremberg Trials:

“I made a discovery, all by myself, and the discovery was, that in order to serve a dictator for years, you have to be someone, who has no integrity, who has no pride, who has no conscience, who has no ideas of humanity above his own. You have to be a yes-man, who does everything for material gain or rank. So the discovery that these Nazis, who had been blown up into huge monsters, were such ordinary people, with no experience of the outside world, and no morals, was the greatest shock to me in Nuremberg.”

This reminds me of the story of a person trying to steal a bell, and because he was afraid that the bell might make noise when he took it, he plugged his ears… He would not be able to hear it, he thought.. But he didnt realise that even if he could not hear it, others could still hear because others’ ears were not plugged. In the end, the thief was caught… When a person is stupid, he thinks that others will be as stupid as him…

MCA has a lifelong learning centre with a noble aim to impart or upgrade individual’s knowledge in many fields including the ancient Chinese philosophy of upholding individual’s moral conduct, leadership ..etc. But, its leader don’t even come close to uphold morality and adhere to rule of law. What more could expect from this fork tongue party? Similarly Gelakan also has a president who claimed to be a devout Buddhism and a follower of Master Zhu Mo, but has he ever stand firm to uphold the fourth precept of abstain from telling lies. He may not actually committed the wrongful act of telling lies but his act of condoning it and keep supporting the regime that committed these is exactly an ostensible act of the same.

So, if u subscribe to the Chinese teaching of “礼义廉耻“, would u continue to vote for these 2 parties? Definitely no because the destruction of the 4 pillars of a wholesome society will automatically leads to destruction of the country as well. But do they (MCA + Gelakan) care to preserve these 4 pillars which is universally accepted as guide to wholesome society? No, they did exactly the opposite and u see them loot the nation’s wealth shamelessly.

Don’t expect our nation’s reform come from the top, it will never happen because they are too reluctant to leave their comfort zone. Start to believe that reform can come from the bottom and u have actually done it in 308. We only need to double up our effort in the coming GE13 and destroy the existing regime completely i.e take over Putrajaya. This reform will save us a lot of energy to continue persuading a bunch of hooligan to change which they are incapable to do.

Dr Hsu, not only was Teoh’s handphone kept by MACC but also his wallet and car keys. It is highly unlikely that he was in possession of his sling bag.

Like the sodomy case against Anwar these goons aren’t smart at all. They are crude and obvious in their actions. They are stupid to think that the public is as stupid as them.

My thinking is this: The note is not public knowledge and could have been suppressed. The fact that the note is being tendered now means it must be favourable to MACC. But if it is favourable to MACC why wasn’t it revealed earlier when MACC was under tremendous pressure? Hence there is a good possibility the note was faked as an after thought.

The note reportedly apologized to his boss for revealing his misdeeds but there is no report that Teoh also apologized to his fiancee for taking his own life. This alone is enough for anybody to disbelieve it.

Remember the Chinese idiom of the truth finally prevails, when the water recedes, the rock will be exposed.

The rock has long been exposed and the public knows, natural justice lies in the hearts of men when there is no formal justice served.

Let the voters decide on this single issue. If 5 million Chinese just vote on this issue alone (ignoring other issues), what do you think of the verdict on this case?
