Tokyo has broken a record of having the longest snowless winter in recorded history. Those Malaysian who went there on tours hoping to see snow will be greatly disappointed. (pls read my other report on the Alps is melting).
In Hong Kong, spring comes early and already flowers have started to bloom. It may be the first New Year where people wear light clothings.
What can ordinary people like you and I do? We can petition our governments to care more for environment and to follow the recommendations of Kyoto Protocol.
